Our Focus
Our particular expertise is in the use of earthen walls with lime stabilizers and lime and earthen plasters, which provide walls with low embodied energy and homes that promote human health and comfort. When combined with passive heating and cooling systems and design, alternative energy systems, water catchment and management, conscious programs for waste, compost, and organic farming, we can provide valuable assistance to all segments of society.
Tierra y Cal provides consulting and buliding services for those companies, projects, individuals, disposed to approach our future with intelligent sustainable planning. We can participate directly in these projects by providing specific techniques on how to build with earth blocks, from the foundation to the finished structure. |
